You can buy your Tofu Tomodachi Card via our website here. You can order it by itself, or with other products. Alternatively if you visit our Portsmouth store, our concession at ARTBOX Covent Garden in London, or our pop-up shops at various events around the UK and Europe, you’ll be able to buy a card from us there. The Tofu Tomodachi Card costs just £1.00!

If you purchased your Tofu Tomodachi Card at Tofu Cute Portsmouth, ARTBOX Covent Garden in London, or at our pop-up shop at an event, you should have filled in the small registration form on the back of the piece of cardboard that the card is mounted on, then given the form to a staff member. We will manually register you on the system so your membership details appear in “My Account”. If you don’t already have an account at Tofu Cute, please click here to create one.

Please note - if you purchased you card at an event, it may take up to 7 days after for the details to show. If your registration doesn’t appear after 7 days, please email hello@tofucute.com stating your name, the email address you want to link to your card, and your 8-digit membership number found on the front of your card.

If you purchase a Tofu Tomodachi Card online, it will be automatically registered to the email address that you used to place the order. Your membership information will appear in "My Account" when your order is dispatched.

If you're purchasing a card online for a friend, please email us at hello@tofucute.com after your order is placed, to let us know your friend's name and email address. If you purchase more than one card at a time, one will be registered to your account automatically, and the others will remain unregistered until you email us to let us know the other member’s details. The same will apply if you purchase a card online but you already have one registered to your account.

Please note - if your friend doesn’t already have an account at Tofu Cute, they will need to create one in order to view their points balance.

If you lose your Tofu Tomodachi Card, we’re unable to replace it for you unfortunately, since only one card is produced for each unique membership number. However you can continue to build points up online, and at shops/events even without your card, by showing us your membership number on your phone.

If you would like a new physical card you can buy one then send an email to us at hello@tofucute.com to let us know that you would like to transfer your points over from your old membership. We will then register your new card to your account. Your 8-digit membership number will change, but your points balance will remain the same.
