| Fran is Meiji's answer to Glico's Pocky, and this edition consists of a thick layer of creamy milk chocolate on a crunchy all-butter biscuit stick, with a gap at the end to stop your fingers from getting sticky. The sticks are very thick, and the rich chocolate coating melts in the mouth into a deliciously creamy goo. You can see the little flecks of real cocoa! Fran makes a lovely gift, and comes in a luxuriously designed semi-metallic box, containing 3 individually sealed packs, each with 3 sticks inside. It is very hard to get hold of as it's only produced during the winter months, and can only be described as heaven on a stick! |
