The support that we have received during this year has been incredible.
Despite our store being closed and not being able to attend events, our customers have kept us busy with an increase in online orders.

Due to this increase and COVID-19 restrictions within the Royal Mail network, there are currently severe delays which have increased our estimated delivery times. The estimated times on our website are not guarateed and subject to change if there are issues within the delivery network. If you need an order urgently before Christmas, please choose our express tracked service.

Your estimated delivery time is shown on your order confirmation and during checkout and we are trying our hardest to keep within these estimates. We are still processing orders to arrive within the estimates given at the checkout in the order they were placed.

To calculate your last expected delivery date, please start with the day you placed the order (or the next day if you ordered after 2pm) and count each working day. The weekend days are not included as working days. Please note that the dispatch time is included within this estimate so the date of dispatch does not affect when your order should arrive by.

Please do not contact us unless your order has not arrived before the last expected delivery date. As we are a small team, the emails are answered by the dispatch team so may delay orders! Due to the current situation, we can only refund missing orders if they are over 2 weeks late.
