Do you have strong feelings about one of the many cute products we stock at Tofu Cute?
Now’s your chance to express those opinions, with our new competition! We’re giving you the chance to win an exciting prize, and have your thoughts published on the Tofu Cute Blog!

There are a lots of different products we stock at Tofu Cute, from snacks like Meiji Choco baby to Giant AMUSE plush like our Mochikko Mameshiba Cubes. With so many different products available, it can be hard to pick a favourite, but with this competition, that’s all you have to do! And explain why it’s your favourite, of course!

Sure, you probably have lots of reasons why Meiji Black Chocolate is your favourite thing in the world – but simply saying ‘because it’s delicious’ isn’t going to win you prizes here - we’re looking for the best, most interesting, creative, magical review of any of our products, past or present, within 100 words!
And what is the prize?
You'll be pleased to know that the prize is one of our brand new, Senpai sized STATIONERY LUCKY BAGS! The winner of our competition will not only be featured in our follow-up post, but they'll also receive one of these amazing stationery bags and some Tomodachi points, too.

We'll also be picking a top five, so four more people aside from the winner will get extra tomodachi points, too. We'll be showing off the submissions of the top five, plus some honourable mentions in a follow up post.
WINNER ANNOUNCED!
Who used their 100 words the best?

We're really happy with the response we've had to our 100 Word Review challenge - so many of you submitted amazing 100 word reviews to our Instagram and Facebook, and today we're going to announce the winner of the Stationery Lucky Bag, as well as the runner up winners who will each get to claim some bonus Tomodachi Points! If your review has made this list, then we're going to start contacting you soon on how to claim your prize. Thank you all for entering the competition, we loved reading through your reviews!
The winner of the Stationery Lucky Bag!
The entry that takes the win itself as it uses the 100 word format in a unique way to give us all a beautiful poem about the majesty of FLANS. This beautiful, artistic, piece by Instagram user @tinyflooffs reads:

'Cute ears, long limbs and a smile,
Makes a Flan cuddle truly worthwhile,
It's so soft and so sweet,
That every hug is a treat,
There's no such thing as a Flan trial!
Of all the fluffy friends and the loot,
That you find at the store TofuCute,
I think my Berry Delight,
Is the most adorable sight,
Please find room in your heart for his snoot!'

As a poetry expert* myself, I always appreciate an attempt at verse. The lyricism at work is heart-warming and delivers a wholesome message about FLANS. Will you find room in your heart for 'his snoot'? This poem made everyone in the Tofu Cute office smile, and it's a truly unique entry, so it takes the win! We hope you enjoy the Stationery Lucky Bag that's being sent your way!~
Runner up entries!
The user @frostedribbon wins some Tomodachi Points for this really cute review of the Tuchineko Fuwa Fuwa Zipped Case - this review got a spot at the top of the shortlist because of the funny tone and the cute suggestion that if you have nothing to put in it then you can 'fill them with hugs' - here's their review:

'Fed up with boring storage solutions? Need somewhere to store all your kawaii knick-knacks but boxes just aren't cute enough? Look no further than the AMUSE Tuchineko Fuwa Fuwa Zipped Case. Such fluffy, elongated, practical friends! Not only are they easily the most adorable, cuddly, 'help my tail's a zip' companions, but you can store all your goodies in their happy little tummies! Store your stationery; candies; the random foreign currency left over from your trip in 2009; expired bus tickets - the list is endless! Nothing needs storing? Then fill them with hugs! ❤'

I love the attention to detail in this review that goes into explaining why this underrated product is both cute and practical. If you're a fan of cats or just need somewhere to 'store your random foreign currency' or 'expired bus tickets' then these cat pouches are a must buy. This review convinces me of that in a streamlined 95 words! Thanks for your review & enjoy your Tomodachi points!~
The next runner up entry comes from instagram user @basket465, who offers a very straightforward review that I think speaks to the power of gift-giving and friendship. It reads:

'My favourite has to be the (donut) squishys. My friend adores them so I would get her one (from tofucute) every gift giving holiday. It’s now become a tradition to send each other the adorable l’il things. Plus... they are just so kawaii ❤️ UwU'

Simple & to the point. That's what we like in a 100 word review! It's nice that you get your friend one of our kawaii doughnut squishies every gift giving holiday, too! We hope you enjoy your tomodachi points.
The next runner up review is a nice review from Instagram user @sadie-leith, who talks about their favourite Mameshiba pup, Waffles:

'Waffles is a medium sized and very handsome grey mameshiba pup that loves cuddles. The yellow neckerchief he wears is the epitome of style, he could even be called a fashion expert. His adorable face makes my guinea pigs so jealous as they beg for more attention, squeaking louder than a fire engine. Waffles’ fur is so soft it could achieve a world record, and he adores being patted whilst watching tv. His beautiful ginger eyebrows and paws just add to the fact that he is just the cutest doggie you could ever wish for!'

There's some great expressions here, such as 'squeaking louder than a fire engine' and the suggestion that Waffle's fur is so soft that it could achieve a world record! This recommendation of the super cute Charcoal Grey Dreamworld Mameshiba pups is definitely worth some Tomodachi points, so well done!~
The next review from Instagram user @ollie-likes-mango is proof, perhaps, that as well as liking mango, they also like our Stationery Lucky Bags! In a selection of reviews that mostly showed appreciation for AMUSE products, it was nice to hear about our lucky bags:

'My favourite Tofu Cute product are the stationary lucky bags! I recently bought one and everything inside was just so CUTE and KAWAII!! I have already prepared a full pencil case using only stuff from inside for school in September! I’m gonna talk about the value of it. I did the maths using comparisons with prices online and found that the Tofu Cute team added £5.00 worth of more stuff then I paid! I recommend it to anyone who likes cute stuff! Thank you Tofu Cute for making this lucky bag as it is my favourite by far! The End.'

Thanks for doing the maths and letting the world know about the big savings we include in our lucky bags! This reviewer is right too, the bags are super kawaii and can easily fill up a pencil case with some of our awesome Japanese stationery. Perhaps we'll even have some sort of special offer soon with our Stationery Lucky Bag so we can spread their joy even further!
