Easter Loppy here! Today I'll be showing you around my new home, the Tofu Cute shop~ Let's hop right to it!
Team Tofu regularly update the window display at our Portsmouth shop to match the seasons or holidays! Today the shop window is filled with lots of Easter-y goodness, with no shortage of BUNNIES! I approve of this. They should always have a window full of bunnies. I’d gladly partake, I do think I’d look fantastic sat on that throne.
One of the most popular feature of the window display this time is the Tortoises with their carrots! Many customers mention them. Personally, I don’t see what all the fuss is about. Rabbits are much more exciting!

As you walk in, one of first things you'll spot are the shelves of GIANT PLUSH! As I sit and watch, I've noticed that the most popular giant plush are... Axolotl donuts, Crabs and Chinchillas! The majority of Tofu Cute's giant plush come from AMUSE (including me!), a Japanese company who usually make plush for UFO Catcher (crane game) machines! I wonder what life would have been like for me if I was living in an arcade right now... I feel lucky that I get to live in such a cute, pink shop!
Along the keychain plush wall, there are many friends to be made, from tiny Fuwapon cats to soft and fluffy manta rays! Keychain plush are probably the most popular item in the shop! |

The fridge is always looking very colourful and full of fun beverages, though there is a distinct lack of carrot juice. From fizzy Pokémon themed sodas to fruity Mogu Mogu drinks with coconut jelly, there's an option for everyone!
One of the more impressive drinks are the selection of canned Bubble Teas, which have real tapioca balls inside the can! If you'd like to try, I recommend the Ocean Bomb Original Bubble Milk Tea to start with. The can is a beautiful pink (much like me), and it's a much loved by all (also like me). |

Lo and behold! It's the return of SQUISHIES! In the shop there are tubs full of exclusive squishies, only to be found in the physical shop! Many of these squishies smell just as delicious as all the snacks, but definitely don't eat them. I took a SINGLE BITE once and Team Tofu still won't let me hear the end of it!
New to website are capybara and cat squishies, but there are many more coming very soon! Keep an eye on the New In page so you don't miss any~ |

Now, here's something you CAN take a bite of - the huge range of tasty snacks! Japan is full of interesting and delicious snacks, many of which you can try right here. From hard candies to savoury snacks, there's always something new to try. Recently Team Tofu have been very excited as there's CHOCOLATE on the way! There's been a shortage of chocolate snacks lately, but soon it'll be back on the shelves and site! Of all I've tried, my favourite snacks have been... strawberry mochi and Bunny strawberry Pocky! I insist you try them if you haven't already! |

At the far end of the shop, you'll find accessories and clothing from Dreamy Bows (I hope I'll get a Dreamy Bows makeover some day!) and the latest addition... four gachapon machines! Inside you can find Sanrio and Pokémon gacha figures, with Gudetama desserts, sleeping Pokémon and Sanrio desserts! These are exclusive to the shop, but don't despair, I heard that new gachapon will be making it's way onto the site some time soon!
