Whilst the AMUSE Company are widely known in Japan for the many types of plush toy they produce as prizes for arcade machines, AMUSE also produces a number of other non-plush items using the same iconic characters such as Mameshiba, Hige Manju, Loppy, Usadama, Korohamu & many more!

A great example of an amazing AMUSE gift that isn't quite a plush toy would be this excellent Mameshiba Pup Die Cut Plush Backpack, which combines the adorable qualities of a Mameshiba Plush with the useful qualities of a backpack.
These backpacks come in two excellent styles that will be familiar to fans of the mameshiba series - brown with white muzzle (which has an extraordinary blue bowtie) and Light Blonde (which has an extraordinary red bowtie!). Both plush backpacks have large and small zipped pouches with a soft interior that can fit all kinds of things inside, from your collection of Japanese snacks to important documents.

You may have already seen these adorable Hige Manju Bed Tissue Box Covers on our instagram, but it's hard to convey with a photo just how awesome these things are! If you've ever thought that tissue boxes look particularly bland and uninspired, this is the perfect way to combat such blandness!
They're super cute, soft and easy to attach to your tissue boxes - just place the cover on top, pull the elastic cords over and pull the tissues through! We know that the hype around squishies has decreased somewhat in the past few months, but we can't help but be enamoured with these fantastic new Loppy Honey Toast Squishies by AMUSE! Like many other squishies, they're made out of a soft, 'squidgy' foam-like material which you can hold and squeeze much like a traditional stress ball - it's very satisfying!
These cubes of squishy toasted bread (they're meant to look like a classic Japanese 'honey toast' treat) have an assortment of delicious looking toppings which really enhances the general cuteness of the squishy above many others. The bread is also printed with cute art of Loppy, everyone's favourite bunny! Simply displaying a collection of these cute Loppy Honey Toast Squishies is quite amusing, but keeping one of these on your keys using the provided ballchain & being able to squish something as cute as this really is one of the most amusing things of them all.

Is it cheating to talk about six things in our list of five? Maybe. But these two things are classic AMUSE, and so both deserve a mention on this list.
We've stocked AMUSE pens before, but we've recently re-stocked all different types of them with this adorable second series! These cute pens feature imagery of the best AMUSE characters including Mameshiba, Harin Hedgehogs, Dara Mofu-San, Fusappo Squirrels and many more! Each of these pens write in their own colour, which is amusing and definitely very cute.
